How to Submit a Request

To request deletion of your data, send an email to help@paperbark.ai with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate and remove your data.

What to Expect

  • We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
  • All deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.
  • Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Certain data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention or compliance with legal obligations.
